LNA
LNAs work under LPN or RN supervision. Licensed Nurse Assistants must understand and carry out their duties in accordance with the regulations established by the New Hampshire / Florida State Board of Nursing. They must be a team player, provide privacy, safety, and dignity to the residents we serve.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Ability to use electronic documentation
- 2-3 years of experience as an LNA
- Current certification in the State of New Hampshire or Florida
- BLS Certified
LPN
LPNs work under a RN/Supervisor/Unit manager. LPNs supervise LNAs. Nurses must understand when and where there is a need. They must be able to centralize care to the advantage of the resident and maintain safety at all times.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience
- Computer skills are a must in order to document resident care and data
- Current registration in the State of New Hampshire or Florida as a Licensed Practice Nurse
- Active BLS Certification
- Provide IV certification if certified
- Provide wound care certification if certified
RN
RNs work under a Supervisor/Unit Manager / Director of Nurses, RNs supervise LPNs and LNAs. Nurses must understand when and where there is a need. They must have ability to centralize care to the advantage of the resident.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 2-3 years of nursing experience
- Computer skills are a must in order to document care and data
- Current registration in the State of New Hampshire or Florida as a Registered Nurse
- Active BLS Certification
